Ronica

Ronica was admitted as a Solicitor in January 2005, she specialises in Family Law work; including Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Domestic Violence, Children Act Proceedings and Pre & Post-nuptial agreements. Ronica is a member of Resolution which means she is bound by their code of conduct to deal with family law issues in a constructive and professional manner.

Ronica has effectively helped clients settle their finance and children matters out of Court with an effective and pro-active approach. Ronica’s approach to clients is empathetic and practical; she strives to work with and achieve the best outcome for all her clients.

Ronica is also an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) the work   she undertakes includes drafting of simple and complex wills, obtaining probate, dealing with tax matters and administration of estates. Ronica can also assist and advise you with Lasting Power of Attorneys and Court of Protection matters.

Ronica can speak fluent Punjabi in addition to English.
